Terms and conditions: to secure a booking, payment must be received, banked and cleared in full before the start of teh course unless otherwise agreed. Customers cancellations made up to and including 30 days before the start of a course are refunded 100%; cancellations made 14 to 29 days before the start of the course are refunded 50 % otherwise cancellations are non-refundable.

Alternative delegates may be substituted at any time before the start of the course.
