Terms and conditions: to secure a booking, payment must be received, banked and cleared in full by Fri. 19th September 08 unless otherwise agreed . Customers cancellations made up to and including 30 days before the start of a course are refunded 100%; cancellations made 14 to 29 days before the start of the course are refunded 50 % otherwise cancellations are non-refundable.
