Business Development Manager — North America

Trireme is a global digital-asset market making, trading, treasury and incubation firm.
We work with token projects, exchanges, ecosystems and institutional counterparties to improve liquidity, execution and long-term market quality.
We are expanding our commercial presence across North America.
The Role
You will develop Trireme’s network and client base across the US, Canada and the wider North American digital-asset ecosystem.
The role requires someone capable of navigating a sophisticated market and speaking credibly with founders, institutional counterparties, exchanges, investors and technical teams.
Responsibilities
- Build a qualified North American client pipeline.
- Source market-making, liquidity, treasury and execution opportunities.
- Develop relationships with token projects, exchanges, crypto funds, VCs, ecosystems and infrastructure providers.
- Generate warm introductions through industry relationships.
- Run discovery and qualification meetings.
- Coordinate technical and commercial discussions.
- Prepare and progress proposals.
- Manage follow-up and closing processes.
- Maintain accurate CRM records.
- Build referral and strategic partnership channels.
- Represent Trireme at relevant industry events.
What We Are Looking For
- 3+ years in digital assets, fintech, institutional sales, BD or investments.
- Existing network within the North American crypto ecosystem.
- Demonstrable ability to generate revenue.
- Strong understanding of crypto market structure.
- Ability to communicate technical financial concepts clearly.
- Strong professional network and reputation.
- High level of personal organisation and accountability.

- Crypto market maker.

Compensation
Competitive base or contractor fee plus uncapped performance-based commission.
