Roles

Quant Trader
You will design, monitor, and improve market-making and execution strategies across centralized and decentralized venues. You should be deeply analytical, comfortable in adversarial market environments, and capable of turning noisy data into trading decisions.
Research Analyst
You will help produce market commentary, client intelligence, token research, and structural analysis across exchange dynamics, on-chain liquidity, and launch strategy. We are looking for exceptional clarity of thought, strong writing, and genuine crypto-native curiosity.
Technical Lead
You will build and improve the systems that power execution, analytics, and market intelligence. We want engineers who care about robustness, speed, and precision in production environments.
Business Development
You will work directly with ambitious teams across incubation, listings, liquidity, and ecosystem growth. We want operators who can build trust quickly, communicate with precision, and understand what serious projects actually need.
